Return & Refund Policy — Ziya Jewellery

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect on arrival.
  • You must report the issue within 24–48 hours of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and returned with:
    • Original packaging
    • Tags
    • Invoice

Jewellery used, tried on, or damaged after delivery is not eligible.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, these items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings
  • Custom-made or personalised items
  • Items bought during sale, clearance, or special promotion
  • Gift boxes once opened

3. Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • Refund will be issued as store credit or replacement, based on your choice.
  • Refund to the original payment method is given only if the product is out of stock.
  • Refund processing time: 5–7 working days after inspection.

We do not refund shipping or COD fees.


4. Return Shipping

  • If the product is damaged or incorrect, we cover the return shipping.
  • If you are returning for any other reason (not applicable to most jewellery), the customer bears the return shipping cost.

5. Wrong or Damaged Product

Send us:

  • Order number
  • Clear unedited photos/videos of the product and packaging
  • Within 24–48 hours of receiving the order

Failure to provide proof = no replacement / no refund.
(Non-negotiable.)


6. Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges for:

  • Size
  • Colour preference
  • Buyer’s change of mind

Only defective or wrong items qualify.
